This Agreement stipulates the terms and conditions for the
website design services and domain transfer provided by Granite Marketing to
the client. By availing the services of Granite Marketing and submitting
payment, the client consents to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Website Design Services:

a. Granite Marketing agrees to construct and deliver a website ("Website") to
the client, referred to henceforth as the "Client."

b. The Website design services will be rendered at a total cost of $3600, or $300 per month
for 12 months, as mutually agreed by both parties.

c. The Website will encompass 1 to 10 pages, based on the specifications and requirements agreed
upon between Granite Marketing and the Client.

d. Granite Marketing will strive to complete the Website design within the agreed
timeframe, subject to any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances or
factors beyond Granite Marketing's control.

e. Two Revisions Only

Our website revision process encompasses comprehensive enhancements, including design refresh, UX improvements, content optimization, functionality enhancements, mobile responsiveness, performance optimization, and security updates. We offer two revisions to ensure that the final outcome meets your expectations while adhering to project timelines, allowing us to address feedback promptly and make necessary adjustments without compromising project progress. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality website that reflects your brand identity and resonates with your target audience, and we're committed to collaborating closely with you throughout the revision process to achieve outstanding results.

Domain Transfer:

a. The domain name linked with the Website will be transferred to the Client upon receipt of full
payment for the Website design services.

b. Once the payment is fully processed, Granite Marketing will commence the domain transfer process
to convey ownership to the Client's specified registrar account.

c. GraniteMarketing will provide necessary support and guidance to ensure a seamless transfer
of the domain, but the Client will bear any fees or requirements imposed by the
registrar or domain hosting service.

Payment:

a. The Client consents to pay the total cost of $3600 upfront or $300 per month for 12
months, as mutually agreed by both parties.

b. Payments shall follow the payment schedule and method delineated in a separate agreement or
invoice.

c. If the Client selects the monthly payment plan, full ownership of the Website and domain will
be transferred to the Client upon completion of all 12 monthly payments.

Intellectual Property:

a. Granite Marketing retains all intellectual property rights to any pre-existing
materials, proprietary software, or tools employed in the creation of the
Website, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in a separate agreement.

b. Upon full payment and domain transfer, the Client will secure ownership rights to the
custom design elements and content specifically generated for the Website.

Website Hosting and Management Services:

a. Granite Marketing agrees to provide basic hosting and minor updates for the Website at
a cost of $50 per month.

- Shared Hosting
Environment

- Basic Security
Measures

- Limited
Bandwidth and Storage

- Email Hosting

- Customer
Support (During Business Hours)

c. The Client may opt-in or out of this service at any time, with [terms for cancellation or changes].

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

a. Both parties consent to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the
execution of this Agreement and not disclose it to any third party without
prior written approval.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire.

b. Any disputesemerging out of or in connection with this Agreement shall fall under the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire.

By availing Granite Marketing's services and submitting
payment, the Client confirms having read, understood, and consented to these
terms and conditions.
